Located at The Flat Iron Hotel, a historic, adaptive reuse boutique hotel in Asheville, North Carolina, the thoughtfully designed space evokes a cozy tavern atmosphere, with warm, wood-centric elements that complement the rustic Italian menu. Helmed by Executive Chef Graham House, a wood-burning oven serves as the heart of Luminosa, adding a “touch of fire” to handmade pizzas, house made pastas, and locally sourced vegetables.
